Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Protobuzz mobile application (“Application”) offered by Aphrx Inc. (“Service Provider”).
By downloading or using Protobuzz you agree to the conditions below. Read them carefully before installing. You may not copy, modify, or extract the source code of the Application. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property remain the property of Aphrx Inc.
Service Changes
The Service Provider continually improves the Application and may modify functionality or charge for services in the future. Any fees will be communicated in advance.
Data & Security
Protobuzz stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver its services. You are responsible for securing your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device can compromise security and may cause the Application to stop functioning.
Third-Party Services
Protobuzz relies on third-party services that have their own terms. Review their policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
Connectivity & Charges
Some features require an active internet connection. Aphrx Inc. is not responsible if Protobuzz fails due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you use Protobuzz outside a Wi-Fi zone, your carrier’s data charges (including roaming) apply, and you are responsible for those fees. Ensure you have the bill payer’s permission when applicable.
Device Responsibility
Keep your device charged and operational. Aphrx Inc. is not liable if your device powers down or becomes unavailable, preventing Protobuzz from functioning.
Accuracy of Information
While Aphrx Inc. strives to keep Protobuzz updated and accurate, it relies on third-party data. The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the Application’s functionality or content.
Updates & Termination
Protobuzz may require updates to remain compatible with operating systems. You agree to install updates when offered. Aphrx Inc. may cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, your rights end and you must stop using Protobuzz and, if needed, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated from time to time. We will post changes on this page and indicate the effective date so you can review updates regularly.
