Keeping your current setup may be simplest if occasional live calls already meet your needs. A broken speaker, door strike or handset-only connection is not solved by a phone-routing subscription.

Confirm that the panel can dial an external number and management can update the directory destination. Test a live visitor call and door release. A phone-routing service does not repair a damaged panel, lock or speaker, and a handset-only system needs a connection-specific assessment.
