CondoBuzzer may be simpler if your only requirement is ringing household phones and answering normally. Automatic-entry features were not established from the reviewed page; that does not prove they can never be offered.

Confirm that the panel can dial an external number and management can update the directory destination. Test a live visitor call and door release. A phone-routing service does not repair a damaged panel, lock or speaker, and a handset-only system needs a connection-specific assessment.
