Come On Up offers a mobile-buzzer service and a Cloud Connector for certain landline setups. The connector's hardware requirement does not describe every deployment.

When your panel already dials an external number, Protobuzz provides a software route with a Community entry tier and explicit passcode, timer and access-count controls. Standard adds schedules and automatic access.

Come On Up may be a better candidate for a supported landline bridge. Its mobile service also provides multiple numbers and Cloud Keys, so it is inaccurate to say the entire product requires hardware.

Confirm that the panel can dial an external number and management can update the directory destination. Test a live visitor call and door release. A phone-routing service does not repair a damaged panel, lock or speaker, and a handset-only system needs a connection-specific assessment.
