When the other option may fit better
ButterflyMX may fit better when you need video calling, physical credentials or new entrance equipment. Protobuzz does not add a camera or repair a failing lock.
Check the connection before changing services
Confirm that the panel can dial an external number and management can update the directory destination. Test a live visitor call and door release. A phone-routing service does not repair a damaged panel, lock or speaker, and a handset-only system needs a connection-specific assessment.
