Users can sign in to Chime via existing Amazon account & users can set personal meeting Link & meeting id. There are no minimum fees. Billing is done based on per user, per month and user can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

Amazon Chime is available with three different plans :

  • Basic Plan : It allows users to make 1:1 voice and video calls, and to use chat and chat rooms, on all your devices. Message history will be stored for 30 days in basic plan. this plan is Free of cost. In basic plan maximum 2 people can do end to end voice and video calls.
  • Plus Plan : It adds the screen sharing feature during meetings, and enables integration with company directory. In this plan also maximum attendees are only 2. In Plus Plan 1GB/User space is provided for storing message history. This plan costs $2.5 per user per month.
  • Pro Plan : It offers the complete features for online meetings, scheduling, hosting and recording meetings. User can create personalized meeting URLs like . In Pro plan maximum attendees are 100. This plan costs $15 per user per month.
